Harbinger Ventures LLC is a real estate and asset investment, management and curation company based in Michigan, focused on the tri-county area but serving all of Michigan and northern Ohio, Indiana and Southeastern Illinois. Harbinger Ventures LLC was formed primarily as an internal-facing company to service and grow stakeholder portfolios but with time and success, we began taking on and consulting with clientele, investors and businesses, helping direct them to access the resources needed to grow and providing strategies and counsel to apply these resources and their willingness to work hard to succeed.
Harbinger Ventures’ primary focus is on individual and group real estate investors who buy, sell and rent real estate and other assets, and realize that they can benefit from business consultations and asset management. We truly value entrepreneurs. A result we also market to small “mom and pop” business investors and new or existing small-to-mid-sized businesses who seek to take their enterprises to a higher, more efficient and profitable level.
